Fire Accident in Nizamabad – Two Buffalo Calves Die Due to Heat

Fodder stack also gutted, major tragedy averted

Telangana Daily News,Nizamabad (by Ghulam Shairaz): A fire accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at Shailaja Ground on CM Road, Autonagar. Two buffalo calves were charred to death after flames erupted due to intense heat.

Incident Details:  

According to locals, the fire broke out suddenly due to the severe afternoon heat. Two buffalo calves that were tied up at the spot were trapped in the flames and died. A nearby fodder stack was also completely burnt.

However, other buffaloes and cows nearby escaped unhurt. Locals responded quickly and brought the fire under control, averting a major tragedy.

Officials’ Response:  

On receiving information, fire department personnel reached the spot and reviewed the situation. Officials advised that in view of the severe summer heat, cattle should be tied in shaded areas and precautions should be taken near fodder stacks.

The incident has left cattle farmers in the area concerned

తెలంగాణ డైలీ న్యూస్, నిజామాబాద్: ఆటోనగర్ సీఎం రోడ్‌లోని షైలజ గ్రౌండ్ వద్ద సోమవారం మధ్యాహ్నం అగ్నిప్రమాదం చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఎండ వేడికి మంటలు చెలరేగడంతో రెండు గేదె దూడలు సజీవ దహనమయ్యాయి.

*ఘటన వివరాలు*:  

స్థానికుల కథనం ప్రకారం, మధ్యాహ్నం ఎండ తీవ్రత ఎక్కువగా ఉండటంతో ఒక్కసారిగా మంటలు అంటుకున్నాయి. అక్కడ కట్టివేసి ఉన్న రెండు గేదె దూడలు మంటల్లో చిక్కుకొని ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయాయి. పక్కనే ఉన్న గడ్డివాము కూడా పూర్తిగా కాలిపోయింది.

అయితే సమీపంలో ఉన్న ఇతర గేదెలు, ఆవులకు ఎలాంటి నష్టం వాటిల్లలేదు. స్థానికులు వెంటనే స్పందించి మంటలను అదుపు చేయడంతో పెద్ద ప్రమాదం తప్పింది.

సమాచారం అందుకున్న అగ్నిమాపక సిబ్బంది ఘటనా స్థలానికి చేరుకొని పరిస్థితిని సమీక్షించారు. వేసవిలో ఎండల తీవ్రత దృష్ట్యా పశువులను నీడలో కట్టివేయాలని, గడ్డివాముల వద్ద జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.

ఈ ఘటనతో పశుపోషకులు ఆందోళనకు గురయ్యారు.
