Dichpally Youth Donates Rare Bombay Blood Group - An Act That Became a Symbol of Humanity

Nizamabad (By Ghulam Shayraz) September 04:

In a society currently witnessing religious clashes and hatred, a youth named Lakshman from Dichpally mandal proved that humanity is supreme. He donated his extremely rare Bombay blood group (hh), which is found in only one in a lakh people, and saved the life of a Muslim woman.

What actually happened:

Rizwana, a woman from Bodhan, fell severely ill and was admitted to Nizamabad Government Hospital. As part of her treatment, she urgently needed blood. Tests revealed her blood group was Bombay blood group (hh).

This group is the rarest in the world. Generally, only one in a lakh people has this group. People with this group can only receive blood from the same group; no other blood group will work. According to information, this blood group is found in only about 20,000 people in the world and about 1,000 people in India.

Hospital staff and family members searched everywhere for 8 days, but could not find the blood. The woman's condition became critical.

Learning about this, SB Voluntary Blood Bank  responded immediately. They contacted Sahara Youth Group Chairman Mirza Ahmed and Shaik Salman Social Service Organization. Salman searched through his network and found that a youth named Lakshman in Dichpally mandal has Bombay blood group.

When contacted immediately, Lakshman came forward to donate blood without any hesitation. Without seeing caste or religion, he went to Nizamabad  SB Blood Bank on Friday and donated his blood. With this, Rizwana's life was saved from danger. Doctors said she is currently recovering. Video 👇

A Symbol of Humanity:

At a time when attempts are being made to incite hatred between Hindus and Muslims, a Hindu youth donating blood to a Muslim woman and saving her life is being praised by everyone. Locals and voluntary organizations are appreciating Lakshman, saying he has proved that blood has no religion and humanity itself is religion.

The blood bank organizers felicitated Lakshman grandly for this rare blood donation.
